Dried Mushrooms - Morels

Dried mushrooms are a great way to incorporate the flavor of the forest into your dishes any time of the year!

This bag includes morel mushrooms, a earthy/nutty mushroom that is only available a few months out of the year. 

The drying process elevates flavor, so a little bit goes a long way! Simply cut or crumble to size and throw them into any liquid (soups, sauces, gravy, pasta) to reconstitute and soak up loads of flavor. Alternatively, you can soak them in cold water for 10-15 minutes or until rehydrated.
