Dried Mushrooms - Morels

Dried mushrooms are a great way to incorporate the flavor of the forest into your dishes any time of the year!

This bag includes hand-foraged morel mushrooms, a earthy/nutty mushroom that is only available a few months out of the year. 

The drying process elevates flavor, so a little bit goes a long way! Simply cut or crumble to size and throw them into any liquid (soups, sauces, gravy, pasta) or sauté in butter to reconstitute and soak up loads of flavor.
